Open the briefcase. Locate reset lever [A], which should be positioned to the left. This is the original position. Slide the lever up and to the right. While the briefcase is open, set your personal three-digit code. After, return the lever back to the original position. Your briefcase is now ready for use with the code. | |
Note: Reset lever [A] must be returned to the original position after selecting the personal three-digit code. The three-digit code is only set after reset lever [A] is in its original position. If the lever is not returned to the original position after setting the code and the briefcase is closed, the code is not set properly and the only way to open the briefcase will be to break the lock. Alternatively, the code can be changed at any time by following the steps listed above.
