After holding our repair pricing steady for several years, with only a partial revision in 2023, we will be making a considered update to our service charges, effective 1 July 2026. This update reflects today's realities of sourcing premium spare parts, specialised craftsmanship, and global logistics. It ensures we can continue to deliver the standard of care our customers rightly expect from TUMI.
Any repairs received before 1 July 2026 will be honoured at the current rates.
